First there was Web2.0 and now we hear about Mobile 2.0. This talk will try to define mobile 2.0 as it applies to the various classes of mobile devices, then focusing on the landscape for mobile handsets. The tools used to develop Mobile 2.0 applications will be discussed and an overview of current and upcoming mobile RIA platforms will be discussed. The presentation will touch on the new battle for controlling enhanced services for the particular platform, summarizing the state of Mobile 2.0.
